How Can I Not Share This?

This, like everyone else, almost had me in tears.
After living in Kenya this past summer, my heart aches when I hear of this. I want to save each of those precious African children. Their spirits and personalities and hearts are incredible. Sometimes I feel as though my power is minimal, but sharing this at least helps, right?
Please take the time to watch this if you have not done so already.
I guess the best thing I can do for these people, however is pray. A lot. And I have been doing that.

Kony 2012.

xoxo.

  1. ottt trying to burst your bubble, i just have to speak because i'm a journalist. I am really skeptical about this video for several reasons. how do i feel about it? read these two articles: http://blog.foreignpolicy.com/posts/2012/03/07/guest_post_joseph_kony_is_not_in_uganda_and_other_complicated_things & http://tumblr.thedailywh.at/post/18909727859/on-kony-2012-i-honestly-wanted-to-stay-as-far
because i believe in making an informed decision, i didn't sign the pledge.

    1. I definitely have my suspicions as well. These are good articles. I am not sending money, however. I just posted the video because it touched me, ya know?

    2. It never hurts to be aware and to know what's going on in the world. The video has good points. There are a lot more things going on in the world that we just don't hear or know about. It doesn't make it wrong to post videos or raise awareness! There are people who can be skeptical...but regardless it's happening. What better way to let the world know by making a video viral? If you don't believe in pledging that's fine, but Sierra is just helping raise awareness which is awesome!

I think it's great that you are praying for them Sierra, I am too! Thanks for posting this video. :)
